Success comes when one has confidence and is working with their strengths. It’s easy to know what we are “bad at”, “struggle with”, or “are challenged by” so how can we truly find out what our strengths are? It takes time and a non-emotional approach to examine different aspects of oneself…what behaviors do you exhibit, what motivates you to make decisions, and how do you prefer to work. These different aspects bring a holistic view and provide a clear direction on making changes for success and satisfaction.

Workshop #1 - Behaviors: The How
Knowledge is the biggest modifier of behavior. With the behavioral results,
you can learn to understand, appreciate and adapt your behavior style. Based
on the DISC theory, behavior is measured in four dimensions; 1) dominance,
2) influence, 3) steadiness, and 4) compliance. The results will enhance your
performance and empower you to communicate more effectively.
Workshop #2 - Values: The Why
As a window through which we view the world, values are the drivers of our
behavior, or what motivates our actions. Values are measured in six areas:
1) theoretical, 2) utilitarian, 3) aesthetic, 4) social, 5) individualistic
and 6) traditional. With the knowledge of values, you can be encouraged in
a way that satisfies your inner drive right from the start. The results reveal
why you act the way you do, or what motivates your behavior.
Workshop #3 - Task Quotient: The Preference
As individuals, people have different preferences in many aspects, including
the way they want to work. Fortunately, all of our jobs and daily activities
can be broken down into a combination of three task types. The TTI Task Quotient
assessment quickly determines which types you prefer and establishes a task
preference blend. This blend is determined by a percentage for each of the
three task types; 1) routine, 2) troubleshooting, and 3) project. The Task
Quotient results will give direction in creating the preferred environment
for you to reach the highest level of satisfaction, enthusiasm and performance.
